Art Prints, Originals, and Commissioned Artwork: All sales are final as each product is personalized and made to order.

 

Art Prints - Quality Assurance: We want you to be satisfied with the quality of your art prints. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your art print, please contact us to report the issue within 14 days of receiving the item and we will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution for you. Contact info@alexiskingdesign.com with the information below so we can help you find a solution.

To report a quality issue:

1. Provide your name and order number

2. Provide a detailed description of the problem

3. Include pictures showing the issue

 

Exceptions/ non-returnable items: Original artwork and commissioned artwork cannot be returned as these are one-of-a-kind pieces.

 

For items that may have been returned to sender, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received: Contact info@alexiskingdesign.com within 14 days of your estimated delivery date and we will work with you to find a solution.
